Your property is launched on MLS and strategically marketed across multiple platforms. I coordinate all showings, manage agent inquiries, and gather feedback, making adjustments as needed to maximize interest and results.

As applications come in, I’ll guide you through a thorough review process. This includes assessing credit, income, employment, and rental history to ensure you’re selecting a reliable, qualified tenant. Meet and greet calls can also be arranged if desired.

Offer & Lease Finalization
Once you’ve selected the right tenant, I’ll handle the paperwork, ensuring all terms, conditions, and legal requirements are clearly outlined. The tenant’s deposit is then secured to finalize the agreement.
