Submitting an Offer
When you’re ready, I’ll handle the paperwork and walk you through every detail, advising on price, strategy, and conditions so you can feel confident putting your best foot forward.

Conditional Period
If applicable, we’ll complete any conditions like financing, home inspections, or condo status certificates. I’ll connect you with trusted professionals (lawyers, home inspectors, etc.) and guide you through each step. We’ll also revisit the property 2 to 3 times before closing to measure, plan, and ensure everything is in working order.

Closing Day
I’ll coordinate with the lawyer and mortgage broker to make sure everything closes smoothly. Then it’s time to get the keys and celebrate your new home!
